Iron Helix promotes and supports substance abuse recovery in New Hampshire, by cultivating mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth through physical fitness and personal connection.

We offer one-on-one and group fitness instruction, coaching, and classes to people recovering from substance abuse.  Our program promotes physical health and teaches how to continue that success for a lifetime by developing an authentic passion for physical expression and learning how to build community.
